Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, but it will have a deposit penalty for cancellation as all deposit has submitted to studio to secure the slot.
If you have paid in full, we will refund the remaining balance after deduct the deposit penalty.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at miraicollectibles.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR Currency.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
It depends on your country and shipping method. Hence, it will still delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Kindly refer tracking status for real time update.

DHL/Fedex/UPS Express - 5-7 days

Q. How does the Payment Plan works?
Once you have purchased a payment plan, you will receive an invoice from us on the next month 15th (or date around).
Failed to pay the invoice may cause of order cancellation. Kindly please contact us if you need more time to pay on the invoice.
Q. Where can I check product updates?
You can follow us on facebook group for latest updates, or always contact us for any product updates.
Q. When do I suppose to pay the remaining balance?
We will notify you via email when the item is ready to ship or you may always ask us for production progress.
Q. Why my order is not releasing within the estimated date?
Studio may often face difficulties during production so they might need to take more time to resolve it.
Estimated Release Date is only a reference and exact release date may sometimes earlier or postponed depends on the circumstances.

Q. Is the shipping cost FREE? or how do I know the shipping cost?
- Shipping cost is NOT FREE and will only be calculated when packaging has arrived our warehouse (Require exact packaging size)
- We will issue you shipping invoice once your order is ready to ship.
- You may contact us if you need an estimated shipping cost (Not Accurate)
- We can only provide exact shipping cost for Ready Stock Item
Q. Received broken statue! What should I do?
Kindly take photos and send us an email to [email protected].
- If is a small break or clean break, we suggest you to fix it by glue as studio normally won't provide replacement for small break.
- If is a huge break that is possible to be replaced (detachable parts), then we will help you to request from the studio and ship it to you for free.
- If is a huge break that is impossible to be replaced (big parts), studio will often suggest to ship back to China factory and fix. Back to factory shipping cost will be bear by customer and the return fee will bear by us.
- Studio after sales service normally is 1-2months depending on each studio's policy.
- Any late payment that caused late of shipment that still required replacement service will NOT RESPONSIBLE by Mirai Collectibles. All fees will need to bear by customers.
Q. Things you need to know before preorder!
- Estimate release date may have changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be sure that you are willing to wait for the necessary time for the item to be released.
- NO REFUND will be allowed in the case where delays on the production because all statues are mans made and sometimes is need longer time to complete.
- You will have full refund if by any chance the studio has cancel production or we are unable to fulfill your order.
- Please note that resins are very fragile and there might be small scratches or little flaws on paint when it arrives. As all statues are mans made so we cannot guarantee any product perfection in this case and we would not do any to compensate for any of these faults. We would recommend you not to buy it if you cannot accept this.
- Final product may vary from the prototype images.
