1. This is a Pre-order, NOT a Ready Stock (unless otherwise stated).

2. All price stated in Malaysia Ringgit.

3. Deposit is Not Refundable.

4. Any cancellation with personal reason will subject to deposit penalty charges.

5. We provide Worldwide Shipping but Shipping Fee is Not Included (Invoice will be sent once item is ready to ship). 

6. Product may release later than the estimated date so make sure you are able to wait for the release.

Deposit Order : Balance + Shipping fee to be paid when product is ready for shipment.

Full Payment Order: Shipping fee to be paid when product is ready for shipment.

5 Month / 10 Month Payment Plan Order : We will issue payment plan invoice in every 15th of the month (or date around). You will need to login your account and pay for each month. Order may cancel if you fail to pay the payment plan invoice within given time frame. 

8. Transaction fees (For paypal and Stripe) will apply on each product/payment.

10. Mirai Collectibles reserves the right to refund your payment if we are unable to fulfilled your order. 

DISCLAIMER: 

Resin statue is fragile in nature so we couldn't 100% guarantee it will be arrived intact although all products are well packed before shipment. Small fixing job is sometimes required from your side and we can only try our best to get replacement from studio if needed. All products are handmade so it might be some paints flaw on certain product that we couldn't guarantee. NO COMPENSATION will be given for these faults but you can always consult us for after sales service. DO NOT purchase if you do not accept this.
